Team Outlook- After a 2010 season that resulted in the first division crown for the Reds since 1995, the team comes back sporting pretty much the same lineup, centered around Joey Votto and Jay Bruce, who I feel will have a breakout year and a potential 30-100 guy. The bench was improved with the pickups of Edgar Renteria and Jeremy Hermida, two guys who could both be starters. If they don't start, they will be good bats off the bench as well as guys who could fill in if someone needs a day off. In the rotation, expect a good bounceback season from Edinson Volquez, healthy for the first time since his breakout 2008 season, as well as Johnny Cueto and Travis Wood improving in what is a young rotation. Of course, the bullpen features Aroldis Chapman, one of the big faces of a strong NL rookie class as well as veterans Francisco Cordero, Bill Bray, and Nick Masset to go along with long man Mike Leake. This is a team that should definately compete with the Brewers for the NL Central crown, and could win this division if the young pitching staff steps up and exceeds expectations.
